Scale-Out and Scale-Up

In NocodilySuite, scaling for built APIs, WebUIs, databases, and storage is managed automatically.
The number of apps you can deploy is determined by your plan, and resources are automatically scaled to match that app count.
There is no need to configure or monitor scaling yourself — you can focus entirely on building and operating your apps.

How Automatic Scaling Works

Scaling in NocodilySuite is automatically allocated up to the app deployment limit for your plan.
Resources are automatically adjusted as access volume or data volume increases,
preventing problems like "sudden traffic spikes took the service down" or "we ran out of storage".

No manual server expansion, configuration changes, or monitoring is required.

What Gets Scaled

APIs / WebUIs

To handle high traffic, NocodilySuite provides up to 30 scale-out instances per API or WebUI.

  • Instance count is automatically adjusted based on traffic fluctuations
  • When multiple APIs or WebUIs are built, each scales independently
  • You can consider upgrading your plan before reaching the scale-out limit

Databases and Storage

NocodilySuite provides up to 300 GB of scale-up as data volume and access load increase.

  • Databases (PostgreSQL) and storage (Object Storage) are both covered
  • Resources are allocated as dedicated per-organization infrastructure, unaffected by other tenants

Plans and App Count

The number of apps (APIs / WebUIs) you can deploy varies by plan.
As app count grows, so do the required resources — but because NocodilySuite automatically adjusts scaling to match your plan,
there is no need to reconfigure infrastructure each time you add an app.
